Laboratory heating mantles

Use:
One of our many products is also laboratory heating mantle, designed for application in various experiments. It is used to heat up the whole surface of round-bottom flasks evenly, which elongates their lifetime considerably.

Structure:
Heating surfaces of glass fibres are enclosed in an aluminium housing, protected by acid resistant varnish. On the front plate, there are a switch, a control lamp and a voltage regulator. The heating element is designed for temperatures up to 550 °C. Operating voltage is 220 V.

Standard.

Orders:
When ordering standard dimensions of the heating mantles, volume should be specified. Our offer also includes custom-made laboratory heating mantles.

Housings are manufactured in four different sizes:
190 x 240 x 120 mm for 0.1 to 1l round-bottom flasks
300 x 360 x 150 mm for 2 to 6l round-bottom flasks
400 x 500 x 220 mm for 10l round-bottom flasks
450 x 600 x 250 mm for 20l round-bottom flasks
